Riky Rick Set To Drop Debut Album

Riky was on the local hip hop show “Shiz Niz” On the 19th where he talked dropping a new single in two weeks time, his latest music video and also revealed that his debut album is almost done, he also said the record is titled “Family Values” but release date is not yet confirmed.

Da L.E.S’ “Fire” music video premieres this Friday (Download trailer)

Hip Hop superstar Da L.E.S releases the official music video for his club banger “Fire”, on Friday March 21st. Shot in Los Angeles earlier this year, the video comes ahead of the releases of Da L.E.S’ highly anticipated album “Mandela Money”

The Matt Alonzo video is something different to the local scene. And indeed, the ladies in the video got that FIRE!!!

Kanye West Placed On 2 Years Probation For LAX Paparazzi Incident

Kanye West was placed on two years informal probation, assigned 250 hours of community service and must attend 24 sessions of anger management stemming from an “attack” on a photographer last year at Los Angeles International Airport. West previously pleaded not guilty, but cut a deal and entered a no contest plea to charges of misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft (that latter charge was dismissed as part of the deal).

West must also pay for the photographer’s replacement equipment and medical bills which is just hilarious because, I cannot stress this enough, the pap (who has a history of goading celebs) was laughing during the run-in, which amounted to a glorified bear hug from West.
The paparazzi laws in this country are beyond fucked.

Rich Boy – Usazogcwala Fool

This song was inspired by his future propects in the battle to break-through into the mainstream music industry. Its an #EscombePlaasFM original genre called “Durban Kwaito Soul”. It has the original culture of kwaito whereby the lyrics are repetitive throughout the song. It is one of two interludes on Rich Boy’s SNLV I mixtape set to be released later on this year.
